Hi there. We’re Cox and Co, an estate agent specialising in property sales in the Brighton and Hove area. As a company, we’re pretty much brand new on the scene, but our founders – Marc Cox and father Tony – have 75 years combined experience in the property market, and between them have helped many hundreds of people to buy and sell their homes.

We may be small, but our experience and expert knowledge of the local property market allows us to punch well above our weight – and when you work with us, you’ll be working with Marc or Tony. That’s right, rather than being shifted off onto someone else once the deal has been struck, we’ll be the ones looking after you, keeping you informed at every stage and seeing your sale or purchase through to completion.
